Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we would appreciate it if you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Emergencies
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.

Updating Records
It is very important that our office has your up-to-date address, phone number, and emergency contact number. Please make sure the receptionist is aware of any changes.
